In this episode, we begin by expanding the commercial core of Menominee Bay. Then we move across the river to place down some industrial lots, and finish off with some old, gridded suburbs further outside the city. Let me know what you think!

SERIES INFO
In this short series, I'll be building a small city set in the Midwest. It's inspired by Oshkosh, Wisconsin but it's meant to be a distant railroad suburb of Chicago that is the terminus of a Metra line. I'll be exploring how Midwest cities and towns experienced and responded to deindustrialization. I'll also be looking at what kinds of development strategies have been employed in more recent years to revive city cores.
