In this video, my main goal is to address whether or not false accusations of racism in the workplace can be seen as misconduct. Is the behaviour seen as serious? Can one be dismissed? This video will also help you understand the elements around racism and misconduct and whether or not unreasonably refusing to attend performance investigations is actually beneficial.
