Complete details of four army personnel who lost their lives in a tragic road accident at Vertical Bhir, near Rongli.

( SC REPORT) An army vehicle (Vehicle No. 06D171849M, ALS Stalion, One Ton) carrying army personnel skidded off the road and plunged approximately 700 to 800 feet down the steep terrain near Vertical Veer, close to Dalopchand Dara along the Rhenock-Rongli state highway. The vehicle was en route to Zuluk from Pedong, West Bengal.

The accident claimed the lives of four army personnel, whose details are as follows:

1. Driver– Sepoy Pradeep Patel, resident of Madhya Pradesh
2. CFN– W. Peter, resident of Imphal
3. NK– Gursev Singh, resident of Haryana
4. Subeda– K. Thangapandi, resident of Tamil Nadu

All the deceased soldiers, including the driver, were part of the EMC unit based in Binaguri, West Bengal. The cause of the accident is yet to be determined, but authorities are investigating the incident.
