Women in Construction - Lucia Lu, Project Engineer at John Holland

As a Project Engineer, Lucia builds awesome buildings by solving technical and site issues, and ensuring that the subcontractors meet the time target and quality standards. In her role, she also coordinates with various stakeholders, including clients, designers, subcontractors, communities, and authorities. Having female leadership examples is important to motivate her to build her career in the construction industry. Lucia was also recently promoted to be Senior Project Engineer at John Holland.
