Sarajevo, capital of Bosnia and Hercegovina, is one of our favourite cities in the Balkans.

Sarajevo made world headlines THREE times during the 20th Century. In this video, we're exploring Sarajevo through the lens of thee first two of these historic moments, the assassination of the Austrian Arch-duke that sparked World War One and the 1984 Winter Olympics.

We also explore Sarajevo's Ottoman history, enjoy coffee, traditional Bosnian Food (and beer) in the centre and head into the mountains for some abandoned Olympic Sites.
