This New NFL Rule Could Be HUGE For The Cincinnati Bengals

The Cincinnati Bengals must trim their roster down to 53 players by Tuesday, August 27th at 4p ET. While the Bengals have some tough decisions and cuts to make, a new NFL rule could prove to be huge for the Bengals this year. The NFL implemented a rule that allows all 32 teams to designate 2 players to return from injured reserve if they’re placed there on Tuesday. The Bengals have a few notable players that could fit that bill as they’ve been banged up, but are definitely worth keeping for later in the 2024 NFL Season. - New Rule: Can carry 2 extra players on initial 53 man roster that you place on IR to return later in the season
