In this issue, Bishop requests a day out in NYC to help him acclimate to his new time and place; however, Styglut happens across his path, and the two battle each other in midtown Manhattan, causing mayhem and destruction; Storm and Colossus try to prevent Bishop from killing Styglut, and emphasize to him that the X-Men don't kill; when Bishop sees the civilian casualties the fight's caused, he realises that he needs to change his ways; finally, he hands his XSE command insignia to Storm, and recognizes her as leader and that he has much to learn!
