การปลูกแบล็กเบอร์รีอินทรีย์ สู่การแปรรูปเพื่อเพิ่มมูลค่า

แบล็กเบอร์รีถือได้ว่าเป็นผลไม้ที่สามารถสร้างมูลค่าและรายได้ให้กับเกษตรกรได้อย่างดี ทั้งจำหน่ายในรูปแบบผลสด หรือการนำไปแปรรูปอื่น ๆ เช่น แยม เป็นต้น ในการปลูกช่วงแรกอาจจะใช้เวลาค่อนข้างนานถึง 8 เดือนกว่าจะออกผลผลิต แต่หลังจากนั้นจะสามารถให้ผลผลิต เจริญเติบโตได้เรื่อย ๆ ประมาณ 3-4 ปี ขึ้นอยู่กับการตัดแต่งกิ่ง การดูแลรักษาของเกษตรกร โดยการปลูกแบล็กเบอร์รี่จะต้องเว้นระยะห่าง เพื่อการดูแลรักษาที่ง่าย และการเจริญเติบโตที่ดี แบล็กเบอร์รีสามารถปลูกได้ตลอดทั้งปี ไม่จำกัดฤดูกาลหรือช่วงเวลา ขึ้นอยู่กับความพร้อม ความเหมาะสมของต้น แดดจัด และน้ำที่มาก จะช่วยให้แบล็กเบอร์รีเจริญเติบโตได้ดี ติดต่อสอบถามได้ที่ ปรเมศ แสนยากุล สถานีวิจัยเพชรบูรณ์ คณะเกษตร มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ โทร. 08-2883-9060

Growing organic blackberries to process into high value-added products
Blackberries are considered to be the fruits that produce good value and income to farmers. They can be sold like fresh fruits or several kinds of processed food, such as jams, etc. At the beginning of the growing period, it may take quite a long time, up to 8 months, before the fruits can be produced. After that, the plants can continue to produce the fruits and continue to grow for about 3-4 years, depending on the pruning and caring by the farmers.
