Ingredients:
toasted sesame seeds for coating (2-3 tbsp)
medjool dates - 1 cup
1/2 cup cashews
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup coconut (toasted)
2 medium carrots
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger powder
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 pinches sea salt
1 tsp vanilla extract.

Tips can coat in raw cacao powder or in finely chopped nuts of your choice.
These energy balls should be refrigerated and will stay good in the refrigerator for up to a week and longer in the freezer.
