This chapter starts with the tricky part, then ends with a second tricky part. Everything in between isn't too bad.
It's also not that bad if you don't care about getting the Nosferatu off the thief, but I'd ask you why? Nosferatu is very valuable. Those are 24 more uses of a tome you'll need everything you can get off of it of. Please try and go for it. If you're unwilling to use rescue for it, just hurry to catch him instead and deal with the reinforcements (Trust me though, they're tough)

The final bossroom is also way tighter than it looks so keep in mind that dealing with them will be difficult. Any wasted unit movement there and you're at risk of losing a unit.
