(Open the door and give the glad tidings of Paradise)
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Musa al-Ash'ari, may Allah be pleased with him, that he said: "I was with the Holy Prophet (PBUH) in a garden in Madinah, when a man came and wanted to open the door, so the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: 'Open the door for him and let him.'" Give the glad tidings of Paradise, so I opened the door for that person and saw that he was Abu Bakr, I gave him the glad tidings of Paradise, so he praised Allah (and gave thanks) then another. A person came and wanted to open the door, so the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, said to me: Open the door for him and give him the good news of Paradise, so I opened the door for him and saw that he was Umar, so I told him that Then another person wanted to open the door, so the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said to me, "Open the door for them too, and they Give the glad tidings of Jannah to a great calamity that will befall them (so I opened the door) and saw that it was Uthman, so I told him what the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) had said, so he praised Allah. (and gave thanks ) then said (Allah is the Most High) (i.e. I seek help from Allah for the coming calamity).

It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, never killed anyone with his own hands, neither a woman nor a servant, but this has definitely happened in the Jihad for the sake of Allah... and it has never happened. If someone had done something that hurt him, then he would have taken revenge on him, (rather, he used to talk about forgiveness and forgiveness in personal matters.) If a forbidden act was committed, he would have punished (or ordered to punish) that criminal for the sake of Allah (i.e. in obedience to God's command). (Sahih Muslim)
