Ingredients:

For the chicken:

2 chicken breasts (diced)
1 onion (chopped)
3 garlic cloves (minced)
4 eggs
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp salt and pepper
100g mozzarella cheese (shredded)
Oil for frying

For the sauce:

3 pickles (chopped)
3 tbsp mayonnaise
3 garlic cloves (minced)
A pinch of black pepper
1 tbsp dried dill
Instructions:

Mix the diced chicken, onion, garlic, eggs, mayonnaise, flour, cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Fry spoonfuls of the mixture in oil until golden. For the sauce, combine pickles, garlic, mayonnaise, black pepper, and dill. Serve the crispy chicken bites with the creamy sauce.
