Decent Price/Performance.
High Power Strobe setting.

Features that could be added or improved on:
Add a 50 Lumen setting.
Remember Last setting.

Overall, this penlight gives you the high power option, and makes a great inspection light for a decent price. The inclusion of the battery gets you up and running immediately. There are many penlights in the market place, and this one fills a certain niche of power users very well.
