Off to Plaine Corail Airport on Rodrigues Island in the middle of the Indian Ocean! As we leave Mauritius, we have a brief flyover of Ile aux Aigrettes, and then lots of blue! The winds though on landing were rough … let’s just say we had a bit of a struggle, but are safely on the ground! May stay grounded for a while until the weather/wind eases up before our huge leg coming next. For now, perhaps some local island food, hanging with the local peeps, and relaxing with the family!
