IMPOSSIBLE MEXICAN BREAKFAST CHALLENGE (Over 11lb)| World's Biggest Mexican Breakfast Challenge

NO ONE CAN EAT THIS ALONE! An UNDEFEATED FOOD CHALLENGE! The restaurant said they wouldn't know what they would do if someone could eat this giant baked Concha equal to over 90 little Concha sweet breads (basically a chilaquiles sandwich)! This baked good is stuffed with chilaquiles with is like an egg omelets mixed with corn chips and salsa and the bread is topped with an icing. The bread itself is cinnamon and kind of reminded me of a cinnamon bun mixed with a cinnamon raisin bread of sorts that is was soft, mildly sweet, but very pleasant! Can we beat the worlds biggest Mexican breakfast challenge weighing in at over 11lb? Or will we fall short at this unbeaten food challenge?
