To verify your Skrill account, you need to follow these steps:
Log in to your Skrill account.
Go to Settings - Verification.
Complete the verification process by providing your passport, ID card or driver’s license and a proof of address issued in the past three months. If you are living in a country like Nigeria and some other African countries, it is best to provide your statement of account as a prove of address. I am talking from my own experience. If you use a utility bill as prove of address, it will be rejected.
Once you submit everything, your account can be verified within minutes.
You can also verify your account using Facebook credentials if your country has "verify with Facebook" enabled
