LAYOFF NEWS: Medtronic Unveils May Job Cuts, Mercury Marine & Rivian Conduct Large RIFs

Medtronic, the largest medical device manufacturer in the world, implemented a major round of layoffs in May that are just now being revealed.

Mercury Marine, a maker of high-end marine products and a division of Brunswick Corporation, announced the layoff of 252 employees at its Plant 15 in Fond Du Lac Wisconsin.

Finally, electric vehicle maker Rivian is implementing yet another round of layoffs as part of an effort to cut costs.
