The Avocado pillow is a green pillow made by Avocado Green Mattress. It's non-toxic, allergen-free, pesticide free and made with an organic cotton/polyester blended cover and filled with a mix of shredded natural latex and kapok fibers. The pillow comes in three sizes: Standard, Queen and King and has a 100-night sleep trial and 1-year warranty.

There is a lot to really like about the Avocado pillow. It is adjustable, which means there is a zipper on the side of the cover that lets you access the mixture of filling. You can add/remove as much of it as you like.

The adjustable nature of the pillow means it can work for most sleep positions, side, back and even stomach if you take enough of the filling out. My preference was to sleep on my side or my back with it because the natural latex shreds give it a decent firmness overall and that support is beneficial with back and side sleeping.

Avocado says you can either spot clean your pillow or machine wash and dry it to keep it clean. You also have 100-nights to try it for yourself!

I really like the overall feel of the Avocado pillow because it has more natural and eco-friendly materials in the construction and because it won't fall flat on you. The latex shreds are responsive and keep the pillow firmer than you might expect.
