Qamer is currently pursuing a Masters in Development Policy at the renowned KDI’s School of Public Policy & Management and is the recipient of South Korea’s Global Ambassador Scholarship (GAS)!

She is a social impact advocate and public policy scholar at Korean Development Institute, KDI.

Qamer has a previous postgraduate and an undergrad in Public Administration from Karachi University. She has worked with several leading groups in Pakistan including Special Olympics Pakistan, Circle Women, and is a Science Fuse Fellow.
