What he created changed history forever: a warm, friendly, human Santa with a round belly, rosy cheeks, a white beard, and a bright red suit — perfectly matching Coca-Cola’s brand colors.

These ads ran every Christmas for decades across America, appearing in magazines, billboards, and stores. Slowly, this version of Santa replaced all others and became the global image we know today.

Movies, TV shows, toys, and shopping malls copied the same design — and without meaning to, Coca-Cola defined how the world sees Santa Claus.
