Noble Farriery, Chapter 14: Apprentices and Master Farriers

It's a very special birthday episode! 🪩🤠🎉 We'll be back to horse stories next time, but here we are focusing on the human side of the business.

Principal Farrier Seth Noble turned 50 this month. It's a significant personal milestone that has come alongside professional milestones, too. As the team works behind the scenes on big projects for the future, Seth is working to join the International Association of Professional Farriers (IAPF) board. And the team has grown again with two new apprentices working alongside Podiatrist Brandon King, DVM and Seth.

One of those apprentices, Delano Calimlim, first rode with Seth two years ago and has been crazy about the idea of working as a farrier ever since. Hear from Delano about what draws him to the profession and from Seth about what some of the qualities that makes a good apprentice and a good farrier.

The latter half of this video is all fun and games. COO Sarah Caples Noble unboxes the goods for the various vignettes she has planned for the home when they host Seth's big birthday party, and then we see the results: a fabulous day of fun in the sun with some of Seth's nearest and dearest.
