How To Assemble an Aluminium Frame

To assemble an aluminium frame you will need mitre cut aluminium moulding, frame & join hang kit, and an 'artwork sandwich' consisting of backing board, mountboard, artwork and glazing.

Slot in and tighten two pairs of corner plates to join three sides of the frame. Slide in the glass or acrylic, artwork and mountboard. Slot in the remaining two pairs of corner plates to join the fourth side of the frame. Slide the bow springs under the frame rebate on all four sides. Slot the CWH3 hangers in approximately 1/3 from the top of the frame and tighten. Finish by sticking the bumpers to the bottom corners of the frame.
