I want to take this time to see how far we came in our recovery in hoarding disorder. I started this journey in Summer 2018 not knowing what I was doing other than showing my messes and being open and honest with my emotions. After taking baby steps in Decluttering and processing my emotions consistently, we can see how much progress we have made!! You can change behaviors, patterns and habits, it just takes time!! My favorite saying is, “a journey of thousand miles starts with one step!”
