Join Jessica Snyder, RD, in this class designed for the first week after bariatric surgery. We will discuss what you'll be eating and drinking during the pre-select phase and what your food choices are. We'll also be covering supplements, exercise, wound care, medications, expectations and warning signs, as well as upcoming events. Following a precise diet progression after surgery is an important piece to ensure proper healing.
