PEACEFUL Woodland Walking Tour: Tyninghame, Scotland

A gentle walk through the woodland which leads to Tyninghame Beach. Follow the trail to the beach as we walk among the trees which were planted centuries ago as part of the Tyninghame Estate. This is peaceful walk with only nature sounds.

This video is perfect for a short treadmill workout or to simply relax and unwind to, as you hear the sounds of the woodland wildlife and then the sea as it meets the shoreline.
