Cleverly Connected: Sir John Whitmore at TEDxCheltenham

Sir John Whitmore is Chairman of Performance Consultants International, the leading coaching, leadership and performance improvement firm. He is the author of five books on coaching, performance and sport including Coaching for Performance, which has been published in 17 languages and sold 500,000 copies.

Sir John holds a President's Award from the International Coach Federation (ICF), and is rated as the Number One Business Coach by the Independent newspaper. The Association for Coaching cites him as having had the most impact on the coaching profession.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event.
