Ingredients （材料）:
300g (2 1/4 cups) bread flour or high protein flour （面包粉/高筋面粉）
30g caster sugar （细砂糖）
1 tsp instant yeast （即溶酵母）
1/2 tsp salt （盐）
1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk （甜炼奶）
190ml cold milk（冷牛奶）

30g Butter （牛油）

Cheese Filling （芝士馅）:
200g cream cheese （奶油芝士）
40g caster sugar （细砂糖）
50ml milk （鲜奶）
1 tsp lemon juice （柠檬汁）
