5. [1 1/4 teaspoon] White Salt [1 1/4 茶匙 鹽]
6. [1 Tablespoon] Brown Sugar [1大匙 紅糖]
7. [1 Teaspoon] Mushroom Powder [1茶匙 香菇精]
8. [1/4 Teaspoon] Cinnamon Powder [1/4茶匙 肉桂粉]
9. [Few] Black Pepper Powder [少許 黑胡椒粉]
10. [4 Tablespoons] Black Sesame Oil [4大匙 黑芝麻油]
