Ingredients:
1/2 cup (8 tablespoons) of cold milk [00:40]
2 tablespoons of fresh milk cream (malai) [01:06]
1 cup of milk powder [01:35]
250g of paneer (cottage cheese), grated [02:26]
1/4 cup (4-5 tablespoons) of sugar [03:51]
A pinch of cardamom powder (elaichi powder) [04:08]

Instructions:
In a pan, combine the cold milk and milk cream [01:00].
Add the milk powder to the mixture and whisk until well combined [02:01].
Grate the paneer and add it to the mixture [02:20].
Thoroughly mix all the ingredients [02:51].
Place the pan on a low-medium flame and cook while continuously stirring until the mixture thickens [03:03].
Once the mixture starts to thicken, add the sugar and cardamom powder, and continue to cook on low flame [03:51].
Turn off the gas when the mixture has a thick consistency and starts to leave the sides of the pan [04:33].
Grease a tray with ghee and pour the mixture onto it [05:01].
