This was a recording of 3 sirens in Marikina city, Friday morning on August 5, 2016. Recovered from an SD card. The only other public recording of the Howler siren was in a GMA news segment that was interrupted. As far as I know, this is the first recording of the MCDRRMO siren in Marikina Bridge and Marcos Highway. My mom (the one that recorded this) reported hearing 4 sirens which I presume is the Sircom(?) siren near riverbanks but I couldn't heat it in the recording. This was filmed during a siren test, my mom was going to work and happened have a commute route of riverbanks-bonifacio avenue-marikina bridge-palenke. She filmed this and sent me a message on SMS that there might be a baha(flood) happening. She recorded this right under the platform that the howler was standing on (The platform was removed and the siren was relocated to the side).
