Why Elections Matter: Impacts on Local, State and National Policies

In a conversation moderated by Dr. Nick Clark, department head of political science and director of public policy, Stephanie DeMarco ’15 and Grace Dunigan ’19 highlight why elections matter; explain how outcomes affect policy agendas at local, state and national levels; and discuss the pros and cons of our nation’s current two-party system.
