Miatas can be tricky to shift when driven hard and revved high.
The engine torques over due to the extreme amount of flexing in the motor mounts and make it hard to find the next gear, resulting in a slow shift and (at best) or a money shift which could destroy an engine.

We had an opportunity to shoot a side by side video comparison between our Competition Miata motor mounts and the OEM "Mazdaspeed" mounts, showing the huge difference in flex between the two.

Our mounts will provide you with a FAR more consistent shifting experience for improved lap time, engine protection and of course - a more joyous driving experience.
The mounts are available for all Miatas between 1994-2005 including the Mazdaspeed.
They come in drop mount or standard height versions, compatible with most common aftermarket engine mods and legal for many racing classes.
We also offer them in the Street Performance version which offers most of the benefits of the Competition mounts but with less NVH.
