Cheating in Bonsai: Creating and Developing a Tanuki

In this video, Terry Erasmus showcases the process of creating and nurturing a Tanuki bonsai. Previously, Terry had attempted a Phoenix graft bonsai using a split, live juniper trunk merged with the trunk of a collected juniper, which unfortunately did not survive. In this demonstration, he details the steps he took to prepare the deceased trunk, integrate the live trunk, and foster the growth of the tree as a cohesive unit.
