GEA Surge Lowline milking parlor in Wash mode.

Описание к видео GEA Surge Lowline milking parlor in Wash mode.

This shows our double 8 herringbone GEA Surge lowline milking parlor on Wash mode. The vacuum pump is on, sucking fluid out of the wash sink, and it then travels through the cleaning line to the clusters, down through the LactoFlows to the milk line, and into the receiver. The receiver has electrodes, one 8 inch for Wash, and one 16 inch for Milk. When the fluid hits the electrode, in this case the shorter Wash electrode, it conducts electricity to the stainless steel receiver, which is grounded back to the Receiver Controller. This sudden flow of current tells the liquid level control card to turn on the pump for a set time (controlled by adjusting a potentiometer).
