We’re live to cover the sentencing hearing for Steel Toe Morning Show host Aaron Imholte in Stearns County, Minnesota. He faces charges of nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images involving Nick Rekieta’s wife, Kayla Rekieta.

The sentencing, originally set for October 2, 2025, was moved up to Tuesday, September 30, 2025. Also, a new Violation Report was filed on 9/29/25. At the last minute, Aaron’s attorney filed an affidavit about telling “Geno” not to say the victim’s name, along with a text message showing concern about Rekieta “gunning for him.”

On September 25, 2025, Aaron’s attorney also submitted documents from his HRO case against Rekieta, but this attempt failed. Nick and Kayla Rekieta will be present in court on Sept 30 at 11:30 AM CST, where Kayla will read her victim statement.

We’ll also touch on the upcoming HRO hearings set for October 24, 2025 against Rekieta and Patrick Melton, who have both been ordered not to discuss the case online.
