Laowa Support is here again to provide technical support! This time we are helping you adjust the back focus on our Proteus lenses! Follow the video along for guidance!

The Proteus series offers a unique feature that allows you to fine-tune the back focus of the lens without removing it from the camera. This eliminates the need for shimming and enables quick flange adjustment on-set. It also saves time during production. The Proteus lenses are available in four focal lengths: 35mm, 45mm, 60mm, and 85mm. They all have a T2 aperture and a 2X squeeze ratio for Super35 sensors. Additional focal lengths (20mm, 28mm, 100mm, 135mm) are coming soon.
