Hi Guys
In today’s video I’m meal prepping and cooking Thanksgiving dinner. We hope you all had a lovely holiday. 🤎

Candied Yams:
4-5 yams peeled & cubed
1 1/2 cups of brown sugar
4 tablespoons butter
1-2 tablespoons of cinnamon (depending on your preference)
dash of salt

Bake 350.
Place yams in a baking dish. I like to sprinkle cinnamon and salt over the potatoes.
in a bowl add brown sugar, butter, salt, and cinnamon. Mix to all are combined. Sprinkle over potatoes. Cover and bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Check potatoes, if tender, uncover and continue to bake until the consistency you like.

Potato/macaroni salad dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons mustard
1/4 cups vinegar
salt/pepper
Mix all together and add into your salads.

I like to add celery, pickles (and onions to potato) salad. Add all your ingredients and pour dressing and combine.

Cranberry sauce:
1 1/2 cups cranberries, washed
3/4 cups water
1 cup sugar

Add all ingredients to a pan and boil on medium heat on the stove until all cranberries pop. Then smash the cranberries and turn the stove to low. Continue to cook until you reach your desired consistency. It will thicken as it cools.
