Alina Alam | Mitti Cafe | Disability | Employment | Bengaluru

Alina Alam started Mitti Cafe while she was a college student. Having grown up around her grandmother who suffered from disabilities, Alina was inspired to create employment opportunities for disabled adults. The 42 Mitti Cafes across the country now train and employ over a hundred disabled adults every year.
