In the second in a series of webinars sponsored by the APICS Supply Chain Council, a team of researchers from Michigan State University discuses findings from the Supply Chain Management: Beyond the Horizon research project with implications for companies seeking to bridge the gap between where their supply chains are and where they want those supply chains to be.

This webinar highlights findings generated from interviews with more than 50 leading companies regarding challenges and opportunities in:
• Collaboration in the supply chain: What is working, and where is more attention needed?
• Globalism: Markets continue to expand around the world, and firms are ever-evolving in how they go global.
• Supply chain costing: Business leaders continue to struggle with understanding what their true total system costs are. Project respondents provided various examples and approaches to deal with this challenge.
