Vibram EL X review ( Five Fingers )

Описание к видео Vibram EL X review ( Five Fingers )

They are the lightest, thinnest, most breathable, least supportive, and most minimal versions available. Yet they are durable and rugged enough to protect you from basically anything you'd want to walk across.
One of my best reasons for having the shoe is having zero heel to toe drop, as all of my other shoes had significant heel lift in it (6 mm-10 mm difference). This helps improve posture significantly because it keeps your feet flat on the ground instead of having some plantar flexion (which tightens your peroneus calf muscles and restricts ankle dorsiflexion mobility). I also like how the individual toe pockets force the toes to remain separated as I wore very narrow shoes before. There is plenty of room for my feet to spread out as I have wide feet too.
My arches are a little bit stronger than before the switch. My feet are much freer than before and I experience less hip and back pain when walking because I land less on my heel and push off with my toe faster and easier. I've also tested these shoes for deadlifting and squatting-they have enough grip to stabilize me and are also as close to the ground as can be to ensure maximal hip drive.
