Homemade Pumpkin Pie Recipe/ How to Roast Pumpkins for Pie

This is an easy recipe for fresh pumpkin pie using roasted pumpkin. You can adjust and use other spices that you like with this recipe. I also used the recipe on the inside of the Borden Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk can for baking references. Please like, share and subscribe! :)
INGREDIENTS
2 cups of roasted pie pumpkin
14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
3 tsp of Ener G Egg Replacer (or 2 large eggs)
4 tbls water (mix with egg replacer)
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp freshly grated nutmeg

PIE SHELL
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup vegetable shortening
pinch of kosher salt
1/2 tsp sugar
3 tbls cold water (add more if needed)
9 inch pie baking dish
