How to make Fish Head Curry within 15 minute's | Quick Smart Recipe's

This is the Indian street food style version of Fish Head curry. For Fish, the best is to use fewer spices because only then you can taste the fish. I use chili as a base (or Kashmiri Chili - milder option and more reddish color) and Tomato as a base. A little bit of Garam Masala is added to give a hint of spices(don't add too much ). Coriander is used to give the fresh citrus taste with a strong aroma. By adding fewer spices the fish will taste better. This gives a new dimension to the combination of Fish with chili and makes it a perfect dish to cook which takes 15-20 minutes in total. I use quick smart ways to make it quick without compromising the taste- just for example using frozen onions and microwaving it for a few seconds will give the same effect as cutting a fresh onion. In my other videos, I would cook a dish without compromising the taste but cooking in a quarter of the time. I will be adding the street food style (quick and Easy recipe) weekly on my channel.
