One Piece Special! Marine Curry

While not fundamentally complicated, this curry's uniqueness comes from the preparation of the ingredients and the addition of a special flavor at the end. Ingredients:
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
2 tsp crushed fennel seeds
1-1.5 lb beef shank
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp salt
1 tsp turmeric
10g ground fresh garlic
10g ground fresh ginger
3 tbsp plain yogurt
1 white or yellow onion
2 large tomatoes
3 carrots
2 Yukon gold potatoes
30g butter
3 tbsp flour
2 tsp curry powder
1 cup chicken stock
1 fresh slice of apple
