Irish Dance - Toe Flick Toe Trick - How To

This video teaches you how to do the advanced "Toe-Flick-Toe" trick that is currently trending in Irish dance. I am demonstrating how to dance the trick to Treble Jig timing but it can also be performed to Hornpipe timing if you change it slightly.

I show exercises you will need that build your strength specifically for this trick. I also break down each part of the trick into small sections. So, you can drill every section every day until you achieve the trick or, just pick the drills for the part you are having trouble with, and drill those every day. I show many reps of each drill so that you can play the video when you practice at home and dance along with me.
