Rigging Big, Stylized Eyelashes in Blender

Spoilers: I'm not a big-deal Blender tutorial guy, so don't expect perfection. I mostly just wanted to share this process in case anyone else wanted it (like I did when I was searching for tutorials) or if someone knows any better way to do it, then they can share and make us all better at this.

WARNING: In this video, they changed the start and end handle of each bone, which normally helps transfer the rotation of the controls instead of just the position, but for me all it did was make my bendy bones jitter a bunch when I moved them. Maybe they'll work for you, though. I have no idea.
