The human eye works like a camera, capturing light and transforming it into visual information. Here’s a brief overview of its key parts:

👉 Cornea: The transparent front layer that focuses incoming light.

👉 Pupil and Iris: The pupil is the opening that lets light in, controlled by the iris, which adjusts to regulate how much light enters.

👉 Lens: Located behind the pupil, the lens focuses light onto the retina by changing its shape.

👉 Retina: The light-sensitive layer at the back of the eye, filled with photoreceptor cells that detect light and color.

👉 Optic Nerve: Transmits visual information from the retina to the brain for interpretation.

👉 How It Works: Light enters the eye through the cornea and pupil. The lens bends the light to focus it on the retina, where photoreceptors convert it into electrical signals. These signals travel through the optic nerve to the brain, where the image is processed, allowing us to see.
