300 SRT8 - Shift Interlock Latch Replaced | Cant SHIFT Into Gear | Upgraded Piece

Well ladies and gentleman... after not being able to go to work early in the morning! I found out I could not shift out of PARK and I had to manually shift it into drive by pressing on the pink park release lever as all cars come equipped when you need to put it into Neutral for whatever the reason may be. After doing so I quickly realized that this is a factory defect and that all 300 models come with this plastic part which is known to break over time or at random times. So, I quickly ordered the part, took it apart and installed the new aluminum component back in while greasing all the parts that I feel needed to be greased so that worse comes to worse, if I ever need to replace something inside the shifter assembly I can do so with ease. Part was very cheap and installation of it was pretty simple.
