Dear all,
Let's discuss the provision of section 117 and 179(3) of the Companies of the Companies Act, 2013 which says resolutions and agreements which required to be filed with ROC.

There are many resolutions that need to be filed with ROC within 30 days in form MGT-14 as per the section 117 of the Companies Act, 2013.


Mainly Special Resolutions passed in member's meeting and certain board resolutions are required to be filed in form MGT-14 within 30 days with Registrar otherwise Company and officer in default have to face hefty penalties.
