PROS AND CONS OF RETWISTING LOCS | DIY Braidlocs | Microlocs

Welcome FLocers (fellow locers and aspiring locers). In this video I talk about the pros and cons of retwisting locs on your Loc journey.

Some cons to retwisting Locs:
1️⃣ retwist doesn’t last long (you can sweat it out or if you accidentally get it wet)
2️⃣ over manipulation of your Locs can lead to loc thinning or balding
3️⃣ having to use a gel or something for hold to keep the locs in placr for a long time
4️⃣ if your locs are short, having to use medal clips on your locs

Pros for retwisting locs:
1️⃣ it’s a quick maintenance style
2️⃣ easy to maintain yourself
3️⃣ fresh looking locs with a retwist
4️⃣ if you make it too tight you can undo it easily
