Answering how I use my X3 Bar or my other Resistance Band, Board (Footplate), and Bar as well as how I'd program such a set up for stand alone use. This simply what I would do and what I have been doing along side other equipment (namely my Total Gym). Sorry for the length, but I wanted to cover all the bases and answer all the questions some of you had on how I've been using / recommend using these set ups. Next to my sling bench training, this has been one of favorite ways to resistance training in recent years at home and rekindled my interest in resistance bands.
